The Preserve at Northampton - oct 21 - tele conference board

Members, the board of directors will hold a brief meeting via teleconference at 1:00pm on Tuesday October 12, 2021, to approve several items. These include resolutions required to meet recent changes in State laws regulating HOA’s; the financial forecast for year end 2021 and 2022 and approve an increase from three to five board members, assuming there are sufficient candidates. Copies of the handouts to be considered by the board are attached.  After approval they will be recorded with the County as required by the new State laws.

Members are invited to call into the meeting and listen to the proceedings.
